- Developed an integrated conservation and rehabilitation design combining structural, geological, hydrological, archaeological and architectural interventions.
- Identified and prioritised critical safety, stabilisation and conservation interventions to safeguard heritage assets and improve long-term sustainability.
- Produced comprehensive technical documentation: assessments, intervention methodologies, technical specifications, drawings, cost estimates and maintenance plans.
- Established a conservation framework aligned with international standards, emphasising authenticity, minimal intervention, sustainability and documentation.
- Improved site accessibility, interpretation, visitor experience and heritage management through new pathways, interpretation spaces, archaeological integration and public facilities.

National Historical Museum — Full Reconceptualisation & Partial Implementation

- Oversaw development of a full reconceptualisation design including architectural, structural, electrical and mechanical drawing packages.
- Oversaw development of full musealisation design including collection care, interior design and artefact display.
- Conceptualised and guided the vision for the portions of design implemented within the EU4Culture project.
- Facilitated restoration and construction permit approvals.
- Supervised on-site artefact evacuation and packing, structural consolidation, and architectural conservation of the facade.
- Mosaic facade: oversaw a full conservation design package, facilitated permits, and supervised on-site conservation of the mosaics.
